Excellent parking

There was no parking space and I was asked to park in a place that blocked another car from one side. Yes, this car could leave the parking place, but there was little room for other cars. Upon return in front and behinf of my car there were standing other cars, so I had very little plce to leave the parking place. But the real dissatisfaction was that upon my arrival to Charleroi I called Fastpark and after having heard from the employee of the Fastpark 'I am arriving" I had to wait 47 (forty seven) minutes for the shuttle. My wife in a wheelchair on a cold and windy night. Such a experience NEVER AGAIN.

Correu tudo bem durante a nossa estadia fora do país, mas houve um problema de comunicaçao quando deixamos o carro, fomos ter a um parque, por causa da demora que nao é costume, ligamos e disseram que nos iam enviar uma nova morada, o que nao aconteceu, quem nos deu a nova morada foi um senhor que tambem estava na mesma situaçao que nós.

Had gereserveerd op Fly parking maar kreeg avond voor vertrek alternatieve parking door, op evenveel minuten shuttle service als oorspronkelijke boeking. Daarna verliep alles eveneens naar wens, zoals mijn vorige Parkos ervaringen. Ik was bijrijder, dus heb de echte parkeerplek niet goed gezien, maar eigenaar auto (reisgenoot) die had geparkeerd, had geen opmerkingen. Dus ik zou volgende keer opnieuw Parkos overwegen.

Geen informatie ontvangen over gewijzigde locatie. Na 50 minuten zelf contact genomen om te vernemen dat we zelf de wagen naar een alternatieve locatie dienden te brengen.
