I assumed I was going to park my own car but we had already left and they parked it for me. I wasn’t comfortable with that. After returning from holiday, it took a long time for the driver to pick us up at the designated pick up location. After we received our car, i found no scratches nor nothing out of the ordinary so I was very pleased with the service.
